LEGACY...INHERITANCE

What beautiful words! Words filled with the hope of being able to pass on something meaningful to our family, friends and community!

The simple definition of this amazing word is, “a gift handed down by an ancestor or predecessor.” This gift is commonly referred to as an “inheritance or heritage” left to your family, loved ones or community. For the most part an inheritance is thought of in the monetary sense, but I am convinced that there is a much deeper and more important legacy we need to not only leave but LIVE out each day of our lives!

Have you every thought of the fact that our God has given us an amazing heritage! He has promised us eternal life through His son Jesus Christ! In John chapter 10 we learn that Christ is our loving Shepherd, He knows our names and is calling us to come into a personal relationship with Him, we are all invited, no one is left out! What a gift, what an inheritance! Unconditional love at the very core, but that is not all, He also desires an abundant, full and joyful life for us! He longs for us to walk each day in His love and revelation, dancing in the freedom of full forgiveness and acceptance! Come and join Him, this is an open invitation to us all!

LIVING DAILY LEGACIES
We are all living a legacy each day. It is not necessarily in the "big" stuff but in our daily decisions and actions. We are modeling and molding to more lives that we could ever imagine!

That is what "Lasting Legacies" is all about, using the gifts God has given us to impact our realm of influence in the good times and the hard times. Learning how to "dance" in the sunshine as well as the storms!
